Every account is a verified Duke student. These rules keep meetups boring, which is the goal.

1. 01

   Meet only at a listed spot

   Pick one of the six spots below when you request. Never a dorm room, never off campus.

2. 02

   Daytime, in public

   Slots run 9 AM to 9 PM. If a spot feels empty, move to the nearest staffed desk.

3. 03

   Pay in person (Venmo or cash)

   Pay after you have tried it on. Never send money before you meet. Campus Closet never takes payment.

4. 04

   Holds last 24 hours

   If the seller does not confirm a time, the hold drops and the piece goes back live.

5. 05

   Returns within 24 hours

   Does not fit? Bring it back to the same spot within a day and get your money back.

6. 06

   Late by 30 minutes is a no-show

   Either side can mark it. No-shows stay on your profile for everyone to see.
